These are a few things I recommend for you to do on the day of your shoot.
Relax! it is extremely important that you are relaxed and stress free
and concentrate your thoughts on your inner self.
Practice some Yoga, swim, take a relaxing walk. Get a Facial, a Massage,
have some Energy Work or Reiki. Dedicate some time to yourself!
Eat light and healthy and drink plenty of water.
